ANYWAYS, this is fanart for the lovely and wonderful TreeStar, author of Homecoming Hill. As anyone who is immersed in the One Piece fandom knows, there is a serious lack of quality fanfiction out there for it. BUT! The magnificent TreeStar provides for all us poor, One Piece fanfiction deprived fans by writing AMAZING stories with interesting plots and attention to character and setting development, both in the OP universe and out.

The specific story this quick little fanart is for is Homecoming Hill ( SPECIFICALLY specifically, it’s inspired by my most favourite part ever in the latest chapter, but I dun wanna give anything away in case anyone’s gonna go read it who hasn’t already… ) Homecoming Hill is a kind of mystery/sci-fi/paranormal-ish AU Zoro/Luffy fic, and it is absolutely CAPTIVATING. It keeps you guessing about what’s going to happen next, and at the same time gives all sorts of little clues so you can try to figure things out. GUH. Hahaha, and here I was thinking people were going to complain that I didn't do it in the official One Piece style. XD

Oh man, I drew this in my new art class, and I just felt the need to tell you that I may have to kill myself because of it. The art class, that is. I FINALLY get to use colour, unlike last semester, but all we're going to be doing is making colour charts and looking at the way colours and weird shapes interact in a space. @______@

I can top that.
I crashed a jazz improv class today, and the teacher found out I played bass, so he was like "Okay you stay for the intermediate class." So everyone from the beginning class leaves, and he's like "Alright, I'm putting you in this group. We have a show on Monday to prepare for, and their bassist is missing, so I want you to play." So I sat next to a big black guitarist guy, who was showing me the song, but I couldn't keep up that well, since their sheet music wasn't for the bass. So I sat there like a fish dying on land, until they brought up the next bassist, who was a little better at learning the song, but his technique was terrible. So I watched him play, and he was just as scared as I was. Then the regular bassist guy showed up, and was like wtf pwned, and I left because I knew I wasn't needed anymore.
So yeah. Your color wheels got nothing on me.
How's Zex doing btw?

Oh man, your story DOES pwn mine. Darn. Hey, I stop by the game room sometimes to check and see if there's anyone I wanna see hanging out, and I've met up with a few people so far, but not you. I wanna seeeeeeeee you again. We'll have to talk schedules sometime.

Zex is not doing so hot. Actually, ironically enough, right now we are trying the "freezing" method on him, to get him to cough up the info I want. So his hard drive is literally in my freezer.
