Raffi

So… yes, I usually don’t do formal character designs but this is one I really felt I needed to do. It’s not particularly complex… but enough so that I wanted to get an official design down. This is Raffi. He’s not a new character exactly but he’s one that I have never successfully drawn before for whatever reason. He’s based on a number of things…a character in a story I took part in writing with who was based on the song Dragostea Din Tei by O-Zone (an AMAZING Romanian pop song by an AMAZING group, if you haven’t heard it yet do so NOW!!!) and also a stuffed animal that was revamped with computer parts by me and the same person who I was writing the story with. *pant,pant* So in case that was totally un-understandable it just means that he is inspired by a song and a stuffed animal. And as I was drawing him I noticed something… that kid has a MASSIVE amount of hair. O_O. Oh well. That is how I designed him and that is how he is staying.
