WHAT TIME IS IT?

Okay so seriously you guys, I'm a little late to the fanart scene for this show, but ever since that short teaser promo thing showed up on the internet all those long years ago, my little heart has been torn asunder with love. So glad it got turned into a series! I miss a lot of the episodes when they are on TV, and have to catch up later when they are online, but darn it, it is my absolutely favourite cartoon ever. <3

I think what I like most, besides the absolute random chaotic silliness of the show, is the understated moments of really touching sentiments that crop up. Finn is so pure in his love and devotion to his friends, and what is right, and just... so much love for that aspect of the series. It's rare these days to find a cartoon that is visually appealing, clever and witty, interesting, and with actual substance behind it (no matter how between-the-lines it is XD) that Adventure Time is a rare gem, and I'm so glad that it exists. <3

As far as this actual submission goes... part of me is proud that I actually bothered with a hand-crafted background for the first time in absolutely forever, and part of me is horrified at how lazy I got with the detailing. XD But I was trying to keep it simple and in the spirit of the show's design, so... that is my excuse? XD
